A Special Organization

The County Medical Alliance
Creates and supports educational programs, service projects, and fund-raising activities which promote good health in the community. Offers numerous opportunities for professional networking through interaction with community groups. Provides support for medical families and opportunities for social activities. Provides a partnership with the CMS and the state and national organizations to strengthen the voice of medicine on behalf of health-care and physicians.

The State Medical Alliance
Works with county constituents, members-at-large, medical students, resident physicians, and the AMAA to promote better health and quality of life for all Floridians. Supports educational programs and grassroots legislative activities to meet the challenges facing the medical profession. Speaks with one voice for physicians and their families. Promotes personal and professional development through leadership training, workshops, and conferences. Provides access to support services of the state medical association.

The National Medical Alliance
Promotes advocacy of positive health-care legislation and coordinates national network of physicians’ spouses united to speak with one voice for the health of America. Raises over $1,300,000.00 annually for medical school student support and research funding though coordinated national fund-raising activities of the AMA Education and Research Foundation. Sponsors national health education programs which focus on current health-related problems and issues.
