To register for the 2008 FMAA & FMA Annual Meeting, you must fill out
a form if you plan to attend. If you do not register by July 11, 2008, a
registration packet will not be available for you on-site.

Hotel Reservations
2008 FMAA and FMA Annual Meeting & Florida Medical Expo will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Fla. Make your hotel reservations by calling 866.996.6338, and ask for the Florida Medical Association room block. The FMA room block deadline is June 29, 2008. You MUST make your hotel reservation by this deadline to receive the FMA group rates. The group rate for single/double occupancy is $150.00.
